**Q: Is it possible to leave the phone unlocked so an elderly person can pick it up and use it without having to unlock it first?**
A: You can disable it by going to "Menu" -> "Settings" -> "4. Security settings" -> "2. screen auto-lock" -> off"

**Q: What mobile network does this work with? I tried 3 but doesn’t work.**
A: It should work with any network as it is "unlocked".
Ours is on "1p Mobile " and works fine.

**Q: The phone is in chinese how do i change it to english ?**
A: Please press the top left button to enter the menu(功能表). Then, go to Settings (設置) -> 3. Phone Setting (手機設定) -> 3. Language (語言) - English

**Q: Where can i get a user guide for this phone?**
A: It should come with the phone.

It is so easy for an elderly person to use

Since receiving this phone and waiting for it to charge all I see is the torch light. Nothing appears on the screen. None of the buttons do anything. It’s meant to be simple. My Sony Xperia is far easier to use with all of its functions clear and accessible. Gaix phone is a waste of money. I can’t even be bothered to return it. Utter rubbish. Don’t waste your money. I have given it one star it doesn’t deserve as it won’t submit without it.
