I generally like to have more than just a few reviews on a product while I conduct my research and before I buy but I took a chance in good faith, thinking this product would work for me. Perhaps this product might work for you, it just didn't work for me.I took this product the day I received it, I read reviews I should take it in the morning and some said I should take it at night as I would wake up really hungry. I've tried both in between the time I had this, finishing the bottle. I also tried to increase the dosage using once in the morning and once at night but saw no improvements.The taste;Some of the reviews you see, they said they had to get used to the taste or that they didn't like it. To me, I did not mind that taste and actually enjoyed taking it. It had almost kinda like a light minty taste to it. No other taste other than that. The texture was like an oil based liquid texture.
