I don't know , but I find this soup is a guilty pleasure for me .I love the taste to them .Find them satisfying and just heavenly !Enjoy and find a little joy having these soups !!!You'll think they would have this in heaven too !!!

I love having this soup around the house to eat because it is just a good staple for just eating a bit. It is great if you do not have much appetite but do need to eat something. It works out well for me.Now as far as shipping goes , the first time that I bought it from Anazon, it was boxed up and packed nicely. But this second time and this was recently, my soup was not packed properly. The package was in some plastic wrap for something like apparel and it was torn. I was also frustrated about the poor handling of delivering the product. It was put in a unsecured location where people can steal. But customer service resolved the issue and I hope all matters get taken seriously in the future. I only take one star away because of how things were handled with shipping. But it is rated high because of good customer service representatives that work behind the scenes. I will buy more soup again but I hope next time it is put in a box and not in some Plastic wrap for apparel. That was crazy and no thought was put in it. Heavy stuff goes in boxes and more thought should be taken when sending stuff to people. Thanks for understanding.

Sounds insane, I know. But! The surgical center where I had my knee done served this wonderful chicken soup and unfortunately I ate half of it and then fell asleep. They took it away, of course and I was broken hearted. So I made it my quest to find a replacement. Tried many soups but THIS one was nearly 100% like the soup I had in the surgical center. Very flavorful, and even though we usually eat it with some buttered bread or English muffins you don't need to. It is very hearty and delicious.

So many homey meals you can make when there’s Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup in the pantry. I think there is an entire cookbook based on Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup. I’m known to eat it right out of the can with an iced tea spoon. This both amused and grossed out my ex husband. One of us dubbed it Mushroom pudding. A very versatile starting point for sauces, gravies. PS Cream of celery pudding is pretty good too.

Over the past couple of years all of the stores in my area have simply stopped carrying any brand of Manhattan Clam Chowder. I llke the whiteNew England style, but have a preference for the tomato-broth based Manhattan style. Out of desperation I ordered a package of these cans and can report that the soup tastes *almost* as good as it used to. Like all modern commercial soups they have now reduced the salt content, and of course the bits of clam in it are now almost invisible and now the vegetables are all cut to the same uniform size, which does affect the flavor of the overall blend a bit. But if you like the Manhattan style clam chowder it's still worth the slightly higher price.
