I found with one make which said it would fit standard yoghurt pots that is would not cover 300ml cream pots but OK for part used tins. Some come in sets of a range of sizes but I usually need three or so of the same size. Still shopping around. Hope this helps **Q: Do these fit on standard supermarket cream pots?** A: No they are too small. I found some firm/flexible silicone tops on Amazon called Moopops they come in packs of one each of two sizes. I have found the larger one fits large yogurt pots very well and the smaller one will fit most 300ml cream or creme Fraiche pots. Had them for ages they are really useful now that supermarkets are reducing use of plastic. I bought two packs. Hope this helps **Q: Do these work on star shaped bowls** A: Personally I think your struggle to put it over something bowl sized. In addition, I set up mini batches of sauerkraut to ferment, making up just one standard jar size at a time and use the lids on those as well. I live alone so making small quantities lets me eat what I make while it is still fresh and also lets me experiment with new combinations. It is so easy to "burp" the jars as needed by lifting the lid tabs. The pink lid here is on a batch of red cabbage sauerkraut. The blue lid covers an experimental batch of sauerkraut using red cabbage, mooli, red pepper, onion and root ginger using brine from the blue lid batch as a starter.
