The screen protector is easy enough to just pop out though (however be wary with this cuz once you do this the glue on the case will stick to your phone and it's hard to get off). No one can hear me on the phone when I speak unless I'm using a headphone mic or Bluetooth device (which is pretty standard for a bulky protective case imo). It's a decent case but you can find ones with the same amount of protection for a bit less money. Other bits worth mentioning. There isn't a bit that covers/protects the rear camera or external speaker. Guess alot of people have had issues with the belt clip but I don't use it so -shrug- ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you want to protect the phone you love, get the Otter! *by N***D on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on July 4, 2018* Can't say enough about the Otter. I've tried others (to "save" $), but that turned out to be a mistake. The Otter may take a sexy phone and turn it into a brick, but you'll have that sexy phone until the technology is no longer supported. I plan to continue to use Otter in the future- it's hard to imagine how this product can be improved. On second thought, one of the cheaper competitors did offer a 'kick stand' to enable hands-free viewing of the phone when placed on a desk or table. That would be a nice addition- but even if they never add this feature, I'll stick with the Otter. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Case - Not so good holder *by T***A on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on January 2, 2016* I purchased this case for my husband. He loves the case. It protects every aspect of his phone very well. The one thing he does not like is the holder. It is very difficult to get the phone/case out of the holder. By the time he gets the phone/case out of the holder, he has missed the call. When I tried it, I hurt my fingers trying to get it out.
