A: I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night ....  cuts my ringing way down...  tried cutting my dosage down to 1 am & 1 pm , no good ......   It doesn't work overnite, takes a few days to get into your system  .... But that's just me ....  hope this info helps you some ...
