I think problem was with the length of the straw that was used in the spray. It is not the fault of seller or desertcart. desertcart was quick to help. I found this product expensive and useless when i first used it on my dog. There were lot of ticks and fleas. We used to pull out atleast 20ticks everyday and his health was declining. I bathed him with himalaya ep shampoo and next day I sprayed this product on him. I spilled almost half of the bottle so the rest I used on the dog. I literally massaged it on his body. I was surprised to see the results in the evening. All the fleas were leaving his body. Easy way to kill them is to take the mosquito racket and hover over the dogs coat. But it won’t affect the large ticks. You need to pull them out. This is the best product I found. Now my dog is healthy again and tick free. I do see 3-4 fleas but we remove them. Maybe they are still there because of eggs.
