Not five stars just because I almost returned this when I couldn't immediatedly figure out the leg strap. I thought the strap for the leg was sewn in place at both ends because the velcro is strong and seamless. This left me trying to wrestle my leg uncomfortably into the narrow looped strap. I was wondering how many skinny children had use for a hip ice wrap! I pulled up the photo on Amazon and it wasn't very helpful to show how the leg strap worked. Once I realized the strap came completely off of the ice wrap and opened to be easily wrapped around the leg before attaching at each end to the ice wrap I was happy with my purchase. It stays really cold for a much longer time than the regular ice I had previously tried. I will be using this to help me sleep until my hip replacement which has to be scheduled two months away. While I don't anticipate using it while walking around, one could easily do so as the straps are wide, strong and secure.
