**Q: I’ve got my pillow, but I ordered it filled?  What do I do as it isn’t filled**
A: On purchasing the pillow you get an option of filled or not filled, this reflects on the price. So You may not have selected the filled option. These are my only thoughts as i am just a customer like yourself! I hope this helps. If in doubt you could contact the supplier.

Beautiful quality item. Printed true to picture in vibrant colours. Loved the cushion. Arrived on time and was very well packaged. Only downside was paid for a gift bag and they sent me a Christmas one in March.
