This tree is so perfect I actually thought it was a fake. The shipping packing kept the pine erect and secure. The soil was the only give away that it was real tree. Thank you Costa Farms for such a beautiful and lush tree.

I hate to give one star review when the product itself is just fine. The one star is for mis leading description and lack of customer service from Costa Farms. In the description it clearly states this comes in a Holiday Tin. It's one reason why I chose this particular tree from this particular company. It is a gift so to me it very much matters about the tin. This tree came in a black, plastic, container. Not very festive! I contacted Costa Farms through Amazon and explained the situation. I was really hoping I would hear from them but 5 days later, nothing. I was hoping this company cared that their description is false and the tin was important to me to gift the tree. They say that customer satisfaction is their top priority and if for any reason a customer isn't fully happy, to contact them first before returning. I did this, however, they did not respond. After 48 hours I received a message from Amazon asking if the seller responded to my email. I told them no. Silence is not always golden. I am currently looking for another tree in a Holiday Tin to give and will be returning Costa Farms tree. This is strictly because their description is false and their lack of customer service.

I have a smaller apartment with a fairly large collection of plants already, so this year I'm going small for the holidays. I found this one from Costa Farms on sale, and it's such a cutie! Scrawny, but just oh so cute. The planter it came with is not my style at all (red & black chervon? Bleh), so I tossed that and paired it with a discoball mirrored planter and its just adorable with its single ornament. Cue the Charlie Brown Christmas song. The only reason I am removing one star is due to the shipping. When I opened the box, there was dirt everywhere and half of the dirt in the nursery pot had spilled out. Luckily, the tree was still alive and green. With a good blast of water and repot, she's doing okay. A heating pack would have been appreciated, too, for us colder temp peeps. Hopefully I can keep her alive in the years to come. :)

I only wanted a small kitchen Christmas tree 🌲...this year...and, I included a small string of lights on it, and its exactly what I wanted...

Late November birthday gift. Came packed with care. Plastic across potting soil, and wrapped in brown paper around the sides. Decorated with Christmas bulbs, festive paper, and tall peppermint wood topper. Very healthy tree. Comes with care instructions. Am going to buy more for gifts.
