Despite the tracking telling me it was delivered, the product never arrived. After filing a claim and speaking with the seller, I was sent a second package at no cost, no questions asked. Two days later, the original shipment arrived in my box. After reporting this to the seller, and offering to send back the second order, I was told to keep it as a gift. All transactions and responses were quick and pleasant.It should also be mentioned that the product arrived wrapped nicely and in great condition. These diffuser sticks are of a much higher quality than you'll find in most of the national big brand stores! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High quality, great price *by T***D on November 18, 2010* The salesperson at one of those "home decoration" parties mentioned that the "reed" (rattan) diffusers need to be replaced every 6 months because they get saturated and don't diffuse the oil's scent into the air as effectively. Of course, the reeds she was selling were quite pricey! Amazon's reeds, however, were priced right for a try ... and they work wonderfully well! My old reeds had stopped diffusing, and these fresh rattan reeds made a big difference. And I can afford to replace them regularly. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Do Not Have A Good Draw *by K***S on February 21, 2017* I bought these a couple of years ago and didn't realize I hadn't reviewed them. These will work as long as you don't mind flipping the sticks over every couple of days, as they have no drawing power. I have used this size before and those would draw up the same essential oil I put these in; but these would not draw up the scented oil.
