Review: Decent machine, Horrible Support - I really wanted to leave a good review. This is the 2nd one I bought, and when the machine is working its not a bad machine. But, If you have an issue, don't expect any decent support. The first one I bought last year had a printer that went out, and i contacted them (email on 5-9-23) and was told they would get one out that day or the next day to me. After almost 6 weeks, (my last email dated 6-19-23) multiple calls and emails, they FINALLY sent it. Assuming that was just a fluke, I ordered a 2nd machine for our other shop. This one and it had power issues, so i started trying to get in touch with this company, and once again it took a couple of messages through desertcart before I got a reply(11-14-24 I started trying to contact them, didn't receive any reply until 11-20-24), they asked for a video to show what the machine was doing when I turn it on and said they would look at the video then schedule a tech to call. 2 days later I was at the other shop and sent the video to them, then nothing. So I was back to trying to get a reply through email and calling them. I finally get a reply (on 12-2-24) to set up the tech call. When it was time for the technician to call, the lady I had been emailing and calling called me and told me the tech could tell by the video it was a bad power cord and they would overnight me a cord so we could start using it. This was on 12-3-24, and I still haven't received the "overnight" cord. I finally gave up and had my electrician come look at it. Ir wasn't the cord, it was a wire on the transformer on top that wasn't making connection. If you can find this machine going through a place that will take care of their customers I would say go ahead, but I am going to get this next one somewhere else.
