I ordered this product and was very impressed that it was very strong and sturdy, did not make noise when moving the arm. You can tell it's made very well. The light is bright enough and the magnification is very good also. Worth the money. Review: Two units in - two units failed - Have purchased two of these in the past...both from desertcart...and both have failed. The original unit was not installed immediately so when it failed the manufacture's warranty of one year had expired. The next unit was purchased February 1, 2025 and had failed by September. I contacted the company and they did respond but advised they were waiting on a shipment to arrive in late September and that was the last response. My wife really loves these units and several hotels we frequent when we travel have them so I assumed they were of better quality then what we have experienced.
