The included pump is trash and unable to generate any pressure beyond initially inflating the board. The recommend 10-12psi isn't even close to possible. Manufacturer doesn't seem to have a US phone number for contact. I will be returning this one.Edit: Prior to returning I decided to take the pump apart, it was simply assembled with no o-ring on the piston. Easy fix, now able to inflate in minutes.
