it stops cutting at about the 10 o'clock position

I am very disappointed with this can opener. It doesn't finish the cut. it stops cutting at about the 10 o'clock position and pushes the lid down into the can where it is hard and dangerous to lift it up.

Do not buy. Does not work. Gave it 1 star only because I could not put 0.
