Always free returns if it doesn't. **Q: Is this product Waterproof?** A: Not waterproof but will help with splash damage. **Q: This does not seam to fit my daughte's DS. We can't get it to fit. Her DS has hinges. Do I need to get the other cover WITH HINGES?** A: Where there could always be a defect in a particular case....this worked fine for me. Make sure it's the "NEW" 3DS XL and not the original 3DS XL that you have. Not sure if the not fitting as you state is WAY to big or small or just a little. Mine fits snug and stays on, which is what you want. Contact seller/Amazon for a return if not satisfied. **Q: How do you remove the bubbles from the case? i put the case on, and on both sides of the 3ds, there are bubbles that i can't remove** A: Its a hard case there shouldn't be bubbles unless the protective film hasn't been removed. ## Frequently Bought Together - New 3DS XL Case - Ultra Clear Crystal Transparent Hard Shell Protective Case Cover Skin for New 2015 Nintendo 3DS XL LL - [New Modified Hinge-Less Design] - (2 in 1) Tempered Glass Screen Protector + HD Clear Crystal PET Screen Protective Filter Compatible with 3DS XL/New 3DS XL - Smatree Carrying Case for Nintendo 3DS XL/2DS XL, Hard Protective Shell Travel Case for Nintendo New 3DS - Super NES Edition - Black/Red --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/169629829-new-3ds-xl-case-ultra-clear-crystal-transparent-hard-shell](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/169629829-new-3ds-xl-case-ultra-clear-crystal-transparent-hard-shell) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
