The product was packed and delivered on time.Pros- Very good equipment comparing the other products twice the price in the market. Easy to use and very powerful. #30 setting is a good enough vibration to perform good effects on your body.Using 2 days now, 20 mins has helped me strengthen my core and improved blood circulation. As for loosing weight, it depends on calorie intake also. So to sum it up I got this for improving blood circulation specially during this lock down when the activity level is restricted. This would also be very helpful for elderly folks. Immense health benefits. Just go for it !Cons - The cable wire connecting the power socket could have been longer. Why? Not all households have electric sockets a feet or two above the ground. So if you do not have one an extension cable is must. Apart from this I do not see any other cons.

Genuine review.I don't know on what basis company says guarantee on product for such long period, I used it very minimally, along with my family. Total 4 members hardly used for a month, also not every one every day as well but product stopped working from a month of purchase. It stopped moving, Raised complaint right away they asked me to share video of the product connected to a working power socket. I connected my mobile charger first and made a video of the same showing that mobile was charging fine later connected the vibration plate to show that there was no problem in the socket. When the video was posted I was informed that there will be a person coming for return of this product.I interested to provide a service person who can repair this, the responded that this cannot be serviced or repaired, then I asked for replacement of the product. I was informed that I will be refunded with the amount and I can order a new product again if needed, as the company doesn't have a replacement policy.I was informed by the other users purchased from local that this product is worst and gets these kind of problems again and again, they thought that it might be because of the updated product from the seller. So we ordered from Amazon, still you are getting the same problem and refund is not a tissured even after one month of return. I return the product on 19th and it was delivered to the company within three working days but the amount was promised to be refunded into my account once I shared my account details via email. I said my account details by email on the very same day to make sure there is no delay in the refund.It's been almost a month and every week I keep on sending a follow up mail for asking the refund status and I get a response saying that there is some problem with that transaction team and they have raised in your request to refund my amount. Till date I Haven't received the amount. Not sure if I'll get it any soon.
