**Q: The 1lb meat that i received was 96% pork fat and only4% meat? Is it supposed to be like t$hat?☹️**
A: No, that is way too much fat! They should have seen that when they cut the slab.

**Q: is this pork free range or at least pastor raise to get some sunlight or just a feed lot pigs??**
A: Look at the second picture .. do you see a green table? It tells you everything. The outdoor access starts at number 3 and the
pasture reised is number 4.
The higher the number the better animal treatment.
Apparently those poor animals don't see any sun.

**Q: I really want to make crispy pork roast with pork belly, is this cut "skin on"?**
A: Hi,  no this does not have the skin on.  I called and asked the meat manager…I wanted the skin on too.  The manager told me that it ships skin off. I went to my local H-Mart to get pork belly with skin.  The H-Mart had multiple varieties.  But… sorry Whole Foods is only skin off.

**Q: Is this skin or skinless? Seeing different answers here.**
A: I don’t think there is a single answer - I received one that was skinless one time, and the next time, one that had skin.  It seems to depend on what is in stock at the market. 😑😑😑
