So watch out if you aren't trying to get pregnant and try it if you are trying to get pregnant as it may help. This is my first time taking Royal Jelly. I regularly take Bee Pollen, vitamins and other health supplements. I tried this particular brand of Royal Jelly by Source Naturals because I have tried other health supplements by the Source Naturals brand and through experience in comparison to other brands I have come to know them to be a top quality brand that has a good quality grade of whatever supplement they are selling. I didn't know what to expect in terms of health benefits that I would actually see (although I did read up on some of the potential health benefits), I was curious to see how my body's health would benefit from taking Royal Jelly. I didn't observe any major noticeable immediate effects in the weeks that I was consistently taking the royal jelly capsules when I would take only 1 capsule per day (as a precaution to make sure I didn't have any allergic reactions to the Royal Jelly). However, when I bumped up to taking 2 capsules per day I noticed my libido improved as that has been an issue for me. So I like that my libido improved, and perhaps there may be some preventive or long term health benefits that I may have gained in taking the Royal Jelly capsules. I'm all for taking anything that improves my libido.
