The first roll worked perfectly and then the next two rolls I loaded jammed and ruined two printers. I reached out to the supplier and actually received a phone call. The caller asked sincere questions and made what is likely an accurate determination of what the challenge was with these labels and committed to working with the manufacturing team to ensure that the problem is corrected. I am hopeful that this will be the case. While the first roll was great the second and third roll made me leery of continued use.
