What I like about it is that you have your daily vitamins ready to go and I love that we can take our vitamins easily on vacation. Hubby takes more vitamins than I which is why these are so great. Each day can easily hold 8-10 vitamins including the big ones like the fish oils and vitamin C. He splits up his intake by morning and night so these are perfect. Vacations are no problem because we don’t have to bring baggies of each vitamin. The lids snap closed and stay closed which is important. We dont want anything opening up and rolling in the floor for the fog to grab. And you cant beat the price for something used daily.
