A: The size of the base of this basket is 11x7.5 inches (28x19 cm ).

**Q: I'm looking for deep red-brown as pictured. description says "light brown":. which is it really?**
A: The light brown is the one in the picture, this is the one I brought and it's a dark wood color. Oddly enough the option that says natural is the light wooden look.

**Q: Will this item hold "6" 750ml bottles of wine?**
A: Yes. You can tell from my photo review I had two wine bottles in each side with enough room to fill it up with other goods

I bought this for my daughter, who's having a girl after 3 boys. I filled it with Bun Bun, (an extremely soft stuffed animal available here on Amazon) onesies, sleepers, pacifiers (in pink and purple), and crocheted scratch mittens. It all fit with ease, and made a perfect "Aubree basket"! I'm so excited to give it to her!The basket is well made, a rich brown, and I'm very pleased with it. The liner is a bit wrinkled, but once everything was put inside, it wasn't noticeable. The handles work smoothly, as well. I'm happy with the choice I made.
