A very fine point for small handwriting too. Only thing of note is that if you hold the pen on the paper it will keep drawing ink down so you can end up with a blotch in that spot.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do these pens work in cold temperatures? Normal ball point pens won't function in the cold. Normal Sharpies work but they bleed a lot.**
A: Though I don't use these outdoors, I tried an experiment for your question. I put one of these black markers & a blue one in my 0 degree freezer, along with a piece of paper,  and kept all in there for 30 minutes.The makers performed perfectly, clearly, and readily, without a single smear or smudge.(The blue marker is the same brand/marker via a separate purchase/listing.)I  LOVE these markers & use them for everything. I am VERY particular about markers & these are my all-time favorites. Hope my experiment helped.  :)

**Q: Do these pens bleed through pages?**
A: Not at all! I'm a felt-tip pen nut; I've tried several brands and this is the only pen I have experienced that neither bleeds nor smudges, yet writes smoothly and with excellent precision.

**Q: Is this for one pen or a number of them?**
A: The box of them

**Q: Do they dry out if left open? the people at my hose and office (myself especially so) seem to have an inability to remember to put the caps back on.**
A: They do dry out a little bit if left for a day or so, but not as bad as a big Sharpie or other markers.  Just wet a little, dab a little, and they're ready to go.  I like these pens so much that I actually keep track of them and try to remember to put caps back on because I don't want to have throw any of them away before using it all up.  Never ever had a pen like that before!  And the price is right!  Hope that helps.

I absolutely love this pen! I just ordered my fourth 12-pack within a year, because I keep giving them to all of my friends. This pen made me happy, and I want all of my friends to be happy, too. Also, I started throwing away all of my other pens, because this pen is just so much better than any other pen that I have ever used. As you can see from my video, this writes very similarly to a regular ball-point pen, except it is just a tiny bit darker. Before I got my first Sharpie Pen, I worried that it would just be another Sharpie marker. But, it doesn't look at all like a marker when you use it. It really looks like a pen. If you look really closely, the tip still looks like a marker, but I think they use special ink and a process to get it to look almost exactly like pen writing and not marker writing. When I first saw that it was "no bleed," I didn't believe it. Plus, I thought they were talking about how substandard pens will leak all over your fingers. When I was doing crossword puzzles on an airplane, with a ballpoint pen, then I'd always get leaky pen ink all over my fingers. I'm happy to report that this pen fulfills its promises, and doesn't bleed. It both doesn't bleed through the paper, and it doesn't get all over my hands when I'm doing crossword puzzles, even on an airplane. It's extremely comfortable, lightweight, and doesn't take up much space. This feels so nice to write with and draw with, too. If you're wondering if 12 is too many, then it's not. I guarantee that you'll love this pen.
