Great Customer Service *by S***O on December 23, 2017* Living in Hawaii, it is important for our phones to be waterproof. Between the humidity, the corrosion and just life in general, the phone will last much longer with a waterproof case. I have been using waterproof cases for nearly 10 years and this case is the best one I have purchased for my phone so far. Waterproof - YES. I tend to have a light touch with my phones and the screen cover is sensitive enough to be extremely responsive.As for customer service...these people rock. There was a gap between the screen cover and the screen on the first case I ordered. When I sent a question to their customer service, I received a timely response, provided them with a photo of the issue and received a new case in just over a week. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing for the price *by B***R on January 15, 2018* My phone is getting older and I didn't feel like spending the extra cash on a Lifeproof Fre case. I selected this one and didn't have high hopes because of the low price. However, I am pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality. It's VERY comparable in quality and use to the Lifeproof Fre case.Things I love about this case:* The low price!* Excellent quality and looks* Has a raised thick rubbery edge around faceplate that protects the phone from faceplant drops. The same edge on the Lifeproof Fre is much thinner.* The front plastic coating is very responsive to touch. I feel it scratches less than the Lifeproof Fre case front.* Totally waterproof and still waterproof after months of usage.* Does NOT muffle your calls.* The home button membrane is strongly attached to the case. This is generally a weak spot on waterproof cases.* Lifeproof Fre case does look more slim and upscale...However, in my opinion not worth the crazy extra money.My slight cons:* This case uses a hard dial for silencing the phone. It's slightly painful on my finger, I would have preferred a soft button.* Not all aftermarket lighting charging cords fit through the case.One more ultra important thing!Customer service from the seller EFUN was amazing! I thought the case was letting water in after only a month of use. I contacted them and they responded almost instantly. After a few back and forth emails and me, water testing the empty case again WE discovered I had not closed the charging port and that's how water got in.Overall, this is a great case for the low cost compared to the name brands.
