Most dairys now a days are rBST free. **Q: Will adding this to lowfat powdered milk turn it into whole milk?** A: Have not tried that. I make breads with the powder and add whole milk. Does great **Q: Can you freeze the powder. I don’t use it very much?** A: I'm not sure about freezing but I keep mine in a plastic jar in the refrigerator. I have kept it in the fridge for up to two years and it doesn't seem to degrade although it sometimes clumps up.
