Sambal Roa, Sambal Terassi, etc. This Sambal is absolutely phenomenal. It has a strong chili flavor and a bit of sweet. I believe it's smoked, but may be some sort of chili similar to the Turkish Urfa/Isot chilli pepper. Has a bit of terassi in it that I can taste, but can't smell for some reason.
