They package them very well with actual food and a heating bag that was still warm upon arrival. Arrived early and they use UPS unlike others so it doesn't get lost and arrive way too late with a box of dead crickets. I believe they are sam price or cheaper than places like Chewy. I should have ordered one size smaller but they will do fine.
