It does not have a good taste and even worse the nutritional value is horrendous. This bar also contains high fructose corn syrup, and for people that are serious about nutrition and health that is not something you want to incorporate in your diet. I would suggest pure protein bars, they have less fat less sugar and less calories and no high fructose corn syrup. If you want abs then this is not the bar for you, way to much sugar.
