But the gang’s world gets turned upside-down when they receive a strange visitor. After composing himself, Tenchi discovers that the mysterious visitor is not his mom, but a long, lost sister who has come to inform him of his arranged marriage and, more importantly, his new fiancée, Noike. While Ryoko, Ayeka, and the others are disputing this, Tenchi leaves to work in the fields, where he unknowingly meets his bride to be. When Tenchi collapses from exhaustion, Washu gives him a prescription for three days of complete rest and relaxation! Now, with Tenchi confined to his bed, Noike must find a way to rally the girls into helping out around the house! After proving herself to him and his friends, will Noike finally be the girl Tenchi chooses? Review: The last 1/3 of the Tenchi Muyo OVA series - It took me a while to decide whether to buy this because of some reviews saying it was only a partial product. Technically true: this is the last 1/3 of the OVA series, and completes the story told if you bought the "Tenchi Muyo!: OVA Series". I'm very happy I did buy this, because in countless ways, the OVA series (completed by this Ryo-Ohki set and continued by the GXP series) is superior to the Tenchi Universe and that is my personal opinion that I won't bore anyone with. In any case, I had already purchased the OVA and GXP series, and would have been missing out if I hadn't found out that this Ryo-Ohki set goes in the middle. I found it to be a lot of fun- more crazy stuff happening, more crazy aliens show up, and the art style and animation quality are improved as well. Review: Greatness - I remember coming home for school & never doing my homework 1st, but instead waiting to watch toonami when it come on. Tenchi Muyo was 1 of my favorite shows back then & truly is a must buy series. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Contributor | Annie Pastrano, Barbara Goodson, David Walsh, Tony Oliver | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 537 Reviews | | Format | Animated, Box set, Color, Full Screen, Multiple Formats, NTSC | | Genre | Music Videos & Concerts | | Language | English, Japanese | | Runtime | 4 hours and 55 minutes | ## Product Details - **Contributor:** Annie Pastrano, Barbara Goodson, David Walsh, Tony Oliver - **Format:** Animated, Box set, Color, Full Screen, Multiple Formats, NTSC - **Genre:** Music Videos & Concerts - **Language:** English, Japanese - **Runtime:** 4 hours and 55 minutes ## Images ![Tenchi Muyo Ryo Ohki - Box Set (Classic) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91avICMTDuL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The last 1/3 of the Tenchi Muyo OVA series *by W***D on April 8, 2013* It took me a while to decide whether to buy this because of some reviews saying it was only a partial product. I found it to be a lot of fun- more crazy stuff happening, more crazy aliens show up, and the art style and animation quality are improved as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Greatness *by A***R on November 23, 2015* I remember coming home for school & never doing my homework 1st, but instead waiting to watch toonami when it come on. Tenchi Muyo was 1 of my favorite shows back then & truly is a must buy series. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must have for tenchi fans. *by C***R on February 14, 2014* This completes the tenchi ova series and ties it into the gxp series. Despite what others have said I believe this is a good ending. Yes there are a couple a voices that have change but it doesn't deviate from the story line and the actors play the part to how the story line evolved in the first two. The only problem I have is with the way the product was shipped the secound disc was loose bouncing around in case leaving scratches on disc. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/17502822-tenchi-muyo-ryo-ohki-box-set-classic](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/17502822-tenchi-muyo-ryo-ohki-box-set-classic) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
