**Q: Is the compression pad flat or does it have a lump/bump in the middle of it?**
A: It is flat if you use only the belt. I comes with a  circular pad not attached you can put and then wrap around. My husband did not use the pad. It's a loose pad to use or not use. He just had hernia surgery on his stomach so he used it prior to the surgery.

**Q: Does this have round or square ends?  Square is best.  Makes a huge difference in comfort.  Round exposes velcro making it itch and grab clothing.**
A: It has square ends and the connection is very secure. I have to caution you to order a size a little bigger than you think. I ordered according to my size and found it to be a bit too small. It still works but I had to really fight with it at first to get it to fit.

It works for the mean time for daily use. The company claims to be anti roll. It does roll over time. Especially if you're a big person like I am. Put more supports around the back so the rolling doesn't happen.
