While I've never tried an inflatable floor, I would tend to believe that it is easier to set up, take down and store/transport than the plywood floor. However, once set-up, it is easy to see why the plywood floor is the better answer for larger or heavier motors. There is a lot better transom support with the plywood floor. I put a 15 hp Merc four stroke with electric start on mine, a 120 lb motor.
