Both bonnets are superior quality, and actually have satin in the INSIDE! The double layer is worth it. This brand does have another listing where the bonnet is just one layer--DO NOT get that one, as the inside of the bonnet is rough; I had to return it.For both bonnets, I fold the elastic band over the satin portion so that my edges will be protected by the satin lining. For the 'normal' size bonnet, the circumference is a tiny bit tight for my big head (the band folded back or not), but not unpleasant and not a deal breaker as the bonnet will stretch out over time. I did not have any tightness issues with the 'long' size and was able to tuck the very end of the bonnet under the front or back of my head under the elastic band if I wanted to reduce the weight of my braids or tuck my braids under a shower cap.This particular product listing (the double layer bonnet) does not stain your pillow case. This brand does have listings with thicker elastic bands that will (in my experience), so I recommend this particular listing instead.I highly recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every braid and/or locs wearer needs this bonnet *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 20, 2019* Well, well, well!!! Finally a bonnet designed for braids to be worn at night. No more of the time consuming activity to pinup or twist my braids together just to get a good nights sleep. And not to mention the amount of stress that it adds to my edges by doing so. Edges are protected by the thick elastic band. This bonnet is made of a great quality of material and is the perfect fit.
