The helmet is wrapped with a vinyl decal vs painted, but the details are great nonetheless and while it would never be considered a “hero prop” - it is very well made. The visor does not move, but at its price point I would not expect a fully articulated visor. It’s is well made though and if someone wanted to wear it for cosplay, it will give you clear vision. I am using this as decoration in my home theater (man cave) so I do not have batteries in it and I have not tested the pre recorded messages or sound effects.
