Very pleased with results! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This paint is both a prime and finish coat *by R***2 on March 31, 2026* I steamed the wallpaper off my bathroom wall and applied two coats of Zinsser Perma-White anti mold and mildew paint. Zinsser says this paint is both a prime and finish coat all in one. I bought two quarts. The paint is latex based and mixes well with little effort. The paint covers well with both a brush or roller. It is low odor, and drys in 2-3 hrs. Clean up was a snap with just warm water and soap. The manufacturer suggests applying two coats, which I did.
