Thank you for a very effective tool for my daughter. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helpful advice *by D***E on December 31, 2024* Helpful advice for handling teens with ADHD ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth taking a look at. *by A***N on January 21, 2020* First let me say that I was sent this book by the publisher with the expectation that I would give an honest review of its content. I have 2 sons who have been diagnosed with ADHD and have taken medication for years. My oldest son is now 21 and no longer takes medication, choosing to try other means to control his attention deficit in his job. My younger son is 19 and chose to stop medication when he graduated high school. He is now in classes to become an EMT and has used this workbook to develop new tools to focus and control his behavior in class and at work. This book has helped him learn what areas are triggers for his ADHD to become a bigger factor in his learning, how to address those triggers and create a plan to put into motion to allow him to live a productive life in school and on the job without medication.
