This tap is worth every penny great value, well made and a lot heavier than you think

Leakes
Bought this item not long ago and the tap keeps leaking from the top. I believe this was a faulty one as the other one is absolutely fine. I am also finding the it is starting to rust at the tip because the water gets sick there. I need to contact the seller. Anyone knows how to?

Leaking Tap
This tap leaks at the base at the opening join.Now I have to buy a new tap and also pay again £90 for the plumber to fit.
