**Q: Is this StatTrak?**
A: No. This is a folding knife. The StatTrak that you're looking for is a $40 knife known as the Mtach Xtreme 8054.

**Q: Does the lock stay strong over time?**
A: Yes it does. The knife is well built, sturdy and strong. The only issue is the belt clip screws coming loose

**Q: If I swing it I can here something rattle is it just mine or what?**
A: Something is definitely wrong.   This knife is so stiff that nothing rattles.

**Q: is the top a saw blade and how do you carry it so it doesn't cut you with the top?**
A: Yes is is a saw blade, but the way the teeth are cut, I don't think it will cut you. When folded - look at the pix where the blade is folded - you'll see that it's recessed.  I've never had issues with pulling it out of my pocket.
