DO NOT BUY these refurbished phones. There is a reason they are refurbished. They were returned for defect and repackaged to sell to someone desperate. My issues: Phone will drop calls if the earphone jack is accessed. The phone has a screen that will select by itself. I opened a keyboard and watched it type all by itself, like its possessed. After 1 month it started slowing down. I would press home and it would take 3 full seconds to wake up. Now it's crashing so bad, I can not physically use it. I come on to access warranty and nope. That is what I get for being a busy mom and student. That is a big waste of money!!!!! Very dishonest! Only plus in all this is now Ill get a brand new phone throgh company instead of chancing the refurb. Thanks for nothing! ### ⭐ BUYER BEWARE *by T***9 on June 13, 2018* BUYER BEWARE - These i-phones are refurbished with third party parts! Third party parts are NOT supported by Apple. My phone lasted 5 months after purchase. It is only guaranteed for 3 months after purchase. The screen began to glitch and then became unresponsive. Took it to the Apple store and they ran diagnostics. Based on the serial number, the phone had a repair history and screen replaced with a third party type screen. They could not offer any help in replacement of the phone. Called Kanga Supply and they would not refund since it was past the 90 days warranty. Called Amazon and they would not refund since it was past the 90 day warranty of the supplier. I will not make this mistake again. A $400+ phone SHOULD last more than 5 months!
