Extremely comfortable 1.2" thick foam padding to secure. If the boots are not tight enough for you, we suggest to wear thick socks or use a towel for extra padding for secure. Hang upside down with Sutekus boots to help reduce back pain, muscle tightness and spasms, relieve fatigue from muscle compression due to cycling, jogging and other exercises. Attaches to almost any chin-up bars. Make sure boot hooks are securely fastened to bar before exercise.

Review: Sturdy and relatively comfortable. - I’ve been using these for a bout two weeks and I’m now up to 2:30 3 times a day. Whilst there is no pain, there is a relative amount of discomfort but I think that is probably more to do with hanging from your ankles, rather than the boot itself. As time goes on, the duration I can dangle for increases but the discomfort remains. I think it’s just something you get used to. Worth a try and something I will persevere with.

**Q: What is the maximum ankle circumference that these inversion boots can fit?**
A: My ankles are about 13 inches circumference at the top end of where the boot would fit. They AREN'T adjustable, BUT since they are "foam lined", you could possibly get away with "ABOUT 2 inches extra circumference = 15 inch MAX!

**Q: Will this fit a 2inch bar?**
A: NO! Bar MAX diameter would be 1 7/16" & NO MORE!Even that's kind of pushing it with respect to safety!

**Q: are the clips/buckles stainless steel or aluminum?**
A: I’m not totally sure but they seem to heavy to be aluminum

I am really enjoying these. They are simple and convenient, but not like an inversion table. The inversion tables are gentle, these do not ease you into it like a table, once you are upside down it’s a full stretch. I hang from a pull-up bar in a doorway, and it requires being physically fit to do this on your own. You can also get a killer, focused ab workout if you want. Really well built.
