**Q: My return window has closed, this product is supposed to have a warranty,  no response to emails, can anyone help? Stayed in place for about 5 weeks..**
A: Contact Amazon and describe the problem with the seller not responding and honoring their product warranty. That is what I did and Amazon processed a replacement.

A: 2pcs screen protector

**Q: How do I remove it to replace a cracked one?**
A: Honestly,  I'm not sure I understand your question exactly. But to remove the old, cracked screen protector, simply lift it up around then edges to unstick the adhesive and then pull it off. It should stay in one piece. Then to install the new one just follow the instructions included in the box. Don't forget to clean your screen. There are tools included in the box to help you clean it properly. Installation is pretty easy. Don't forget to use the installation tray. It, easily, snaps on your phone making it much easier to, accurately, line up and install the new screen protector. Hopefully this helps!

**Q: Does this fit the s8 edge?**
A: My S-8 is an edge but not the larger Plus. Wasn't aware there was any other S-8 except for the Plus. Protector I bought for my S-8 works fine.
