It's easy to extend and I like the fact that you can control the length, whereas some of the others have 3 or 4 preset settings. The squeegee could be bigger but no biggie. It does get heavy when fully extended, so you wouldn't want to be doing that for too long. One thing to keep in mind is that when you extend it to about 16-18' it starts to get a bit squirrelly and when it's fully extended, it's essentially a wet noodle, impossible to control and completely useless for most tasks. I was thinking it might work if you tied a rope to the end and had someone else hold it to keep it stable. Otherwise, you are way more likely to break the window than to clean it. The pole is light weight and easy to use. With high ceiling and 2nd floor windows, i was able to cleaned all windows, ceiling fans, and vents around the house.The only negative thing that i would like the design consider is the microfiber scrubber. Offering a scrubber like that of vehicle window scrubber as accessories, because the microfiber too soft and unable to clean off dirt and grime of the outside window. The work around is to tide dishwasher scrubber like "Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty" in place of the microfiber. Overall, i am happy with my purchase. It works but could definitely be better.
