These boots are a huge step in the right direction. They are AMAZING. I don't have anywhere specific to wear them, but grocery shopping and running errands is about to get more blinged out. :-)They look fantastic in person - photos don't do them justice. The silver are shiny without being obnoxious.I usually wear an 8.5 to a 9 and got these in the 9 and they fit great. I have a wider foot and there's no issue. Also I do not have skinny calves and they are not tight in the calf.Buying shoes online is a big gamble - but these were worth the risk. I was in a state of hopeful anticipation while I waited for them to be delivered to find out if they would fit. I was thrilled when I tried them on and knew these were not going to have to be returned.The only downside to these boots - they make so many colors and I want at least 4 more pair (gold, red, purple, and blue). I hope they stay in stock long enough to space out buying them. After walking around my house trying to convince myself that they fit... they just did not and I didn’t wanna risk being stuck with a beautiful pair of boots that I can’t comfortably strut around in. I’ve already placed my order for a size up. Typically I wear an 8. So this time I’ve ordered a 9. So hopefully that will give me more room around my ankle and calves. Because they are definitely snug in those areas.The boots are very well made and absolutely gorgeous. I’ve been pining after them for 3 years and finally said what the hell why not. Originally I ordered the lovely pink color pictured here, but after seeing a YouTube video with the purple/blue-ish ones I thought omg... I need them immediately. So if the purple/blue ones are a hit... I will be ordering the pink ones after I’ve saved up a bit more money.
