## Description

SNI Creatine Ethyl Ester supplies energy to the muscles. When it reaches the muscle, it is converted into creatine phosphate which regenerates the muscle's energy source which is ATP(Adenosine Triphosphate).

Review: Great creatine EE, amazing price - I have been using the SNI creatine EE for nearly a week now (arrived last week, a day earlier than guaranteed) and it seems very clean and effective. The first day I dosed based on the label recommendation, but found that this was a bit too much for my system (all the extra water being pulled into my bowel gave me diarrhea, but no abdominal discomfort at all); the second and subsequent days I reduced my intake to 2 capsules (1400mg CEE) before and after my workout - this worked perfectly. With the extremely high absorption rate of CEE you don't need nearly as much as creatine monohydrate, so 2800mg daily is plenty. My gains have been quite satisfactory in both strength and size. I will definitely be ordering more of this to stock my supplement cabinet.

I have been using the SNI creatine EE for nearly a week now (arrived last week, a day earlier than guaranteed) and it seems very clean and effective. ### ⭐ Caps stick together and fall apart!

I don't really feel as if this was effective - but even more annoying is that all of the capsules tend to stick together and some of them actually come apart in the bottle - leading to a big mess. If you're getting this to avoid exposure to the taste of CEE then forget it - just get the power and a small scoop and chase w/ water immediately: it's what you'll effectively be doing with this.
