I wanted to wear my clothes, my dresses especially and appear no different than before and my surgery undetectable. Most post mastectomy breast forms are really so expensive yet appeared less natural looking to these which are at less than half the price of some listed. Brilliant! These look really natural, however, I find they come up large so the first pair I ordered will be returned. According to the sizing chart a 36B is a size 6, so that's what I ordered to find on reception that they were MUCH too large to fit into a 36B M&S T shirt bra or a 36B mastectomy bra. I then took a look at the separate dimensional size chart in cm and carefully measured my bra's actual cup size dimensions and found that a TWO sizes smaller would fit in properly! To sum it up, if you want the look and fit to be the same as you were or are requiring only one, measure bra cup size carefully and compare with breast form cm chart.
