Review: Experiment successfull, great product. - Never used powered eggs before, only heard jokes from military about how bad they are. I bake infrequently, and got tired of tossing stink bomb eggs out. I ordered this as a first test of concept for use in baking. I looked at several products, and Did not catch that this is a mix, not just eggs. Ended up not mattering, as they did a very good job in place of fresh eggs. Very little taste difference in cornbread, of muffins. Good to have around in case of emergency.

**Q: What method is used to dry these powdered eggs?**
A: Though I am not sure, it couldbe that they are shelled, mixed, and poured into shallow pans, racked, and thensealed into a drying room that is well sealed, then dry brittish humor is piped in till all moisture has fled the scene, but I might be wrong...

**Q: Has anyone tried baking brownies, cupcakes, etc. with this??**
A: My husband and I don't eat eggs so I bought these to try in my different recipes that call for eggs. These worked great. Had no problems with taste or rising of my batters. I've baked brownies waffles pancakes cupcakes.

**Q: I know that the "batter" has to be heated and stirred in a saucepan.  When mixed and cooked, does this make something that looks like scrambled eggs?**
A: Yes it does 
it's equal parts of powder to equal parts of water 
It will look a little thinner a regular scrambled egg mix but it will still cook up two similar consistency
