Delicious feet
I’ve been using this cooling gel for some time. Great for cooling feet and lower leg and arnica helps with any discomfort

I suffer with burning feet syndrome, this Jell will not cure it but it certainly eased the pain I get daily, might not work for everyone.

Effective for burning/hot feet
I bought this gel for my husband as his feet burn at night. He says its effective and releases the heat. He sleeps better now. He even got me to order for his mother as her feet heat up as well. So, I believe its working well for those whose feet heat up.

It does have a cooling effect but it doesnt last long enough for me
I get really hot feet at night which gives me restless legs.This works probably for the first 5 - 10 minutes for me but slowly loses effect and its kinda tacky feeling, doesn't soak in very well for me unfortunately.98I'll stick with a hot water bottle filled with freezing cold water.
