What I have found that's delicious is sprinkling some ranch dressing mix onto it and shaking it up. Then it's like cheddar-ranch. I've done the same with buffalo seasoning and ranch and that's *really* good. I imagine the gouda would work well for this mod since it is so neutral. I have some honey-mustard seasoning... maybe a bag of gouda will make its way here. Overall, this is just a really good product. I eat low-carb and that can really make one miss the crunchy, chippy snack things so this is a great way to get the texture I crave with the low carb I need. This keto-friendly snack is made with real cheese, and yes, it tastes like buttery cheddar cheese. It's crunchy and delicious and comes in bite-size spheres. It's rather pricey for a casual snack, but I assume that's because it's made of real cheese. I also eat cheese, but sometimes you want a crunch. This is a great travel snack, too. (And for what it's worth, I much prefer this cheddar flavor to the "pizza" flavor.)
