This kit gives me everything I need to get started with sharp, effective tools. I made a few test cuts on some trees to see how well it worked and found nice clean cuts all around. Minimal if any crushing was observed. This will definitely come to great use with the bonsai and fruit trees too.

**Q: Are there instructions for how to properly use this tool?**
A: I watched a couple of U tube videos but did not have instructions.  Its a fairly simple tool to use as long as you stay with a stock that is 1/2' diameter or smaller.
