Just let it sit for a little while and grind fresh black pepper on top of the salt. Combine this with other simple ingredients and you have a heavenly meal. For years I always bought the small containers that always seemed overpriced so I started buying the kilo package when it became available in the US. This size is much more reasonably priced per ounce. There was one downside to that and it was that the packaging was all cardboard and subject to getting torn apart during shipment and it did not adequately protect the salt from high humidity summers.
