However, it can take me 2-3 minutes to put on and secure it properly. The straps get caught every single time when placing around the body. I use it every day except on Sunday. So far over 2-3 weeks, it has been a good purchase. I specifically use it for lower back support while on a stationary bike and rowing machine. I do not use traditional weights (anymore). I like it over my shirt not directly on my skin. I'm 6'1, 228 pounds and it does not bunch up on me. I do not use the lower back insert that it comes with.
